For any Laptop, our standard service turn around is 5 to 10 business day.
For a faster service we offer our express services which is 3 to 5 business days.
Also we have Free diagnostic when customer agrees to complete required service at the price quoted. If customer declines quoted service a $59.95 service fee may apply. Reflects time in shop and excludes time in transit. Depends on availability of parts. If required parts are not in stock, turnaround time will start when parts become available. We have three labor only options. Parts and shipping fees are not included. This options are for labor only.

  LCD Repair/Replacement, Windows

  Powerjack Repair.

Parts are not included and will be added at final quote reflecting cost of repair and depends on market availability of such parts. Insurance, Shipping and handling not included and depends on your location to our repair facility (via Federal Express). Please ask our customer representatives for an estimate. Your quote will include labor, parts and shipping (including fedex insurance fees).
